Scouts and leaders from 3rd Prestatyn attended this year’s Red Rose International Camp held in the Lake District for the first week in August.

District Cub Camp 2010
Once again District Cub Camp took place at Rhyl Rugby Club’s ground on the Waen over the weekend of 9th to 11th July . The theme this year was Africa and as the World Cup was taking place in South Africa we held our own Cubs World Cup to kick off camp on Friday evening!
District Open Day at Vicarage
Vale of Clwyd Cubs held an open day in the Prestatyn Parish Church vicarage garden on Saturday 19th June.
Presentations
On Monday 14th June, DC Andy Collin came to Bastion Hall to present Young Leaders Matthew and Sean with their Explorer scarves. The scarves have just been issued to identify the Explorers as a District Section rather than belonging to a Group. He was also able to present Chil with his 15 Year’s Service Award.
